We can offer you a discount for stays depending upon how long you want to stay and when. This is only available when you contact us directly. We can also offer this discount on other units, subject to availability, when ours is not available.
- Low season is from April 16 to December 14.
- High season is from December 15 to April 15.
- Please note: The resort fills to capacity during the winter holidays in December through New Year's so we can't give any discounts for that period. (Also we are usually there for the holidays.)

These prices are for the unit for up to 2 people. There is a $10 per night additional charge for each extra person. The units are allowed a maximum of four people. For stays of less than 7 nights there is a one-time $65 cleaning charge (7 nights and over it is included in the rates above). Hawaiian state tax of 11.42% is additional, but there are no hidden charges and parking is free. Deposits are $500, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (low season), 90 days in the high season. We recommend travel insurance.
Be sure to compare our prices with others and you will find we are the best value for Lahaina Maui lodging. For example, just up the street at Napili Point, a one bedroom unit goes for between $279 and $239 a night with the web discount! Down in Kihei where it is windier and more crowded, a 1 bedroom unit goes for $205 and it is across the street from the beach.
